Terms & Exceptions

• Valid for new customers only. The first order is eligible for this guarantee.
• The guarantee period starts when the first order is activated, regardless of promotions or free trial periods.
• Account credits cannot be refunded and must be used for purchases and renewals.
• Funds sent to us in excess of the amount owed can only be reimbursed in credits and cannot be refunded.
• We reserve the right to deny a refund if an abuse was committed. Customers in arrears, grace periods, or in violation of our Terms of Service may not qualify for a refund.
• Claims are to be made by opening a ticket from the Client Area.
