How do I transfer my websites?

We offer free migration from cPanel and DirectAdmin based servers. Our expert migration team will transfer all your websites, scripts, emails, and databases from your previous hosting account to your hosting account with us.

Which package should I choose?

The Smart package is suitable for most people. It also depends on what you want to do with your website. If you plan to sell online or host more than one website, choose a package with more resources.

Ideally, you would want to choose a package that can accommodate your website's current resource consumption. You would also like to keep some headroom to accommodate traffic spikes and future growth. If you are unsure, contact us, and we will be happy to help you choose the right package.

How much resource (CPU, RAM, etc.) is allocated to my hosting account?

Resource allocation varies by package, as described in the package description. Please refer to this article for details on resource allocation.

What happens if I need more server resources?

You can always upgrade to a larger package if you need more resources. In many cases, resource consumption can be reduced with a few tweaks without upgrading. You can use LiteSpeed Cache alongside a CDN to significantly reduce resource consumption.

How do I upgrade my package?

You can upgrade to a larger package from your Client Area by paying the price difference. Upgrading is automated, seamless, and does not involve any downtime or interruption.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Our subscriptions start from the monthly term. There is no minimum contract term.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, and all major credit/debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Mada. A few local payment methods are available in a few countries.

How safe is my data with you? What will happen if my data is lost due to a server or hardware failure?

Data safety is of the highest priority to us. Backups are taken daily and stored on offsite servers located in geographically different data centers. It keeps your data safe in the event of a server issue or a hardware failure.

Do you provide daily offsite backup?

Yes, daily offsite backup is included for free with all hosting packages. Your entire hosting account is automatically backed up daily to an offsite server located in a geographically different data center. Up to 30 backups, one for each day in a month, are kept for up to 30 days.

Do you provide SSL certificates?

Yes, we provide SSL certificates for free. You can install an unlimited number of SSL certificates on all your domains with just a mouse click. Once installed, they will be renewed automatically without any intervention from you.

Do you provide round the clock, 24/7 support?

Yes, we do. We are available 24/7, round the clock, even during the holidays and festive seasons.

Do you provide guaranteed uptime?

Yes, we provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee. We have a proven history of maintaining more than 99.9% uptime on all of our servers. If we fail to uphold our commitment, we will compensate you as per our uptime guarantee.

Do you provide a money back guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 45 day money back guarantee.

Do you provide root access?

No, Web Hosting does not come with root access. Please have a look at our VPS Hosting and Dedicated Server packages if you need root access.

Do you provide SSH access?

Yes, we provide jailed SSH access. Please open a support ticket to obtain your SSH access.

What is jailed SSH access?

Jailed SSH access is a secure SSH access where a user can only access their files; they cannot access other users' files.

Do you allow adult content?

No, hosting content that could be considered adult in nature is not allowed on any package listed on our website. Legal adult content may be permitted on custom dedicated servers upon prior approval.

Can I have trial of a hosting account?

How can I build my website?

The easiest way to build a website is through a one-click app installer in the hosting control panel. It gives you all the tools you need to create a good-looking site without requiring any experience or coding knowledge. You can use a content management system (CMS) like WordPress to build your website.

How secure are my website files?

We do our best to ensure your website is hosted with enterprise-grade standard security. Gaining access to the location where your website files are hosted involves moving past data center campus police, regular 24x7 security staff, two-factor authentication, including proximity readers and biometric access controls, as well as security cameras and CCTV, and finally a locked cabinet.
