What are your server locations?

Web Hosting is available in Dallas (USA), Los Angeles (USA), United Kingdom (EU), Germany (EU), and Singapore (Asia).

How do I transfer my websites?

We offer free migration from cPanel and DirectAdmin based servers. Our expert migration team will transfer all your websites, scripts, emails, and databases from your previous hosting account to your hosting account with us.

Which package should I choose?

The Smart package is suitable for most people. It also depends on what you want to do with your website. If you plan to sell online or host more than one website, choose a package with more resources.

Ideally, you would want to choose a package that can accommodate your website's current resource consumption. You would also like to keep some headroom to accommodate traffic spikes and future growth. If you are unsure, contact us, and we will be happy to help you choose the right package.

How much resource (CPU, RAM, etc.) is allocated to my hosting account?

Resource allocation varies by package, as described in the package description. Please refer to this article for details on resource allocation.

What happens if I need more server resources?

You can always upgrade to a larger package if you need more resources. In many cases, resource consumption can be reduced with a few tweaks without upgrading. You can use LiteSpeed Cache alongside a CDN to significantly reduce resource consumption.

How do I upgrade my package?

You can upgrade to a larger package from your Client Area by paying the price difference. Upgrading is automated, seamless, and does not involve any downtime or interruption.

How can I build my website?

The easiest way to build a website is through a one-click app installer in the hosting control panel. It gives you all the tools you need to create a good-looking site without requiring any experience or coding knowledge. You can use a content management system (CMS) like WordPress to build your website.

How secure are my website files?

We do our best to ensure your website is hosted with enterprise-grade standard security. Gaining access to the location where your website files are hosted involves moving past data center campus police, regular 24x7 security staff, two-factor authentication, including proximity readers and biometric access controls, as well as security cameras and CCTV, and finally a locked cabinet.

What is web hosting?

Whether you are building a website or sending emails, you will be creating computer files. These files need to be stored in and processed by a server so that everyone can access your website and you can send/receive emails. This is called web hosting.

A server is a specialized computer built specifically for hosting websites and email. Anything related to protecting and caring for the server - performance, security, optimization, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting - is what we do best! We take care of everything so you can focus on your business.

What is the difference between web hosting and a domain name?

Web hosting houses your website, but you need a domain name for others to view it.

A domain is the address of your home/office on the internet. It is similar to a street address. One needs to know the street address to visit your home or office. On the internet, it is the same: you need an internet address so everyone can visit you at that address. It is unique; once you register a domain, no one else can register the same domain. Just as with a street address, only one house can be registered at a time under a holding address. If you want tips on choosing the right domain name, please visit our domain registration page.
