How do I upgrade my package?

You can always upgrade your hosting package from your Client Area. Upgrading is seamless and involves no downtime or interruption.

How do I transfer / migrate my websites to MechanicWeb?

MechanicWeb offers free migration service to transfer all your website files, scripts, databases, emails, and control panel settings from your previous service provider to your new hosting account with us. For more information on migration, visit this.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, and all major credit/debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Mada. A few local payment methods are available in a few countries.

Do you allow adult content?

What happens if I need more server resources for my hosting account?

You can always upgrade to a larger package if you need more resources. Sometimes, resource consumption can be lowered by a few tweaks without needing to upgrade. For example, you can make use of our LiteSpeed Cache, which lowers resource consumption tremendously.

What is the difference between web hosting and a domain name?
